Nicolas Jaar remixes Kanye West's "Blood on the leaves" for Documentary, "Picturing Barbara Kruger"

The long awaited day is here, Kanye West will drop his new album. Which first started as, SWISH, then moved on to WAVES, then on to T.L.O.P. (The Life of Pablo)

In 2014, the LACMA commissioned a piece about artist Barbara Kruger for its ART+FILM series. "Picturing Barbara Kruger" first showed at the museum's2014 Art + Film Gala honoring Kruger. It then got a public premiere at SXSW.  Kruger's short film is about her work which is over a track scored by Nicolas Jaar. Kanye West being the perfect artist for the documentary, and Nicolas Jaar the perfect to remix.

We can't wait for the Madison Square Garden release of Kanye's new album THE LIFE OF PABLO, as well as the amazing production you can expect from a Kanye show. Will Kim be apart of this momentum event?

Picturing Barbara Kruger is a five-minute portrait of this iconic artist. Narrated by Barbara Kruger with an original score by Nico Jaar featuring Kanye West’s "Blood On The Leaves," commissioned by the Los Angeles County Museum of Art for the ART+FILM series.
