Winter has arrived; long nights, chilly days, ice skating, Christmas lights, Poinsettias, cashmere sweaters, chunky scarves, snow falls, and hot cocoa. But winter also brings shorter days, dry skin, frosty temperatures, winter storms, and days without the sun. We sometimes neglect the beauty of winter – a crisp white snow fall blanketing the ground, the sun's reflection of frozen pine needles, weekends in the mountains at our favorite ski lodge; and most importantly the time we spend with family during the holiday season.
